Objective
An authentic and professional self-presentation and the associated visibility are sometimes decisive factors for professional success. Whether and how you are seen by others, you can significantly influence yourself. With targeted changes, you can increase your self-presentation and thus your visi-bility in meetings, personal conversations and beyond your professional group. Ensuring visibility re-quires initiative, strategic thinking, communication skills and continuous persistence. To this end, the workshop has two goals. First, you will learn tools to professionalize your self-presentation and thus increase your visibility. Second, you will develop an individually tailored strategy for a success-ful self-presentation.
In doing so, you will also use the ideas and the wealth of experience of the group.
