Winter School 2023

NeuroMac WinterSchool 2023 in Berlin

This year’s WinterSchool on 17 and 18 September 2023 was held under the motto: “Young meets experienced” and brought together the alumni and current students of the NeuroMac School for this networking event. Dr. Camila Fernandez Zapata (ECRC, Charite Universitätsmedizin Berlin/ formerly PhD student of B07) and Dr. Omar Mossad (Grünenthal GmbH/ formerly PhD student of A07) gave diverse insights and perspectives of their PostDoc time in academia and industry and answered the many questions of the highly interested audience. We thank you both very much for this great and important day you offered the students.
The next day, all NeuroMac School students presented their current scientific work at the annual retreat in the “Haus der Land-und Ernährungswirtschaft” (HdLE) Berlin and engaged in a fruitful scientific exchange with students from the other NeuroMac projects.
The WinterSchool was followed by the 2-day annual NeuroMac PI Retreat.
